Admiring The Temple of Reclining Budhha

“Getting up close to look at the artistic sculptures made you appreciate the attention to details and the sweat sacrificed with it.”

I travel around the world with MeFoto Globetrotter, my trusty Nikon with a set of LEE filters all packed into an incredibly reliable Manfrotto backpack. These are some of the gears I carry around to capture and produce these phenomenal and incredible imagery.

Admiring The Temple of Reclining Budhha…

In Bangkok, many artistic craftsmanship of beautiful sculptures and Temples made the city much more original in every other way. As you walk through the front door, you can feel a great sense of connection and peace.

Watching people praying with sincerity and the quiet atmosphere calmed your nerves and touches your soul.

As we travel through our journey, I noticed the storm nearby and it seems to be heading towards our destination. I was very concern if heavy rain would start to pour down. Those storm clouds would make perfect for the otherwise plain grey sky If we get there in time.

We arrived and stepped through the front door, and the light drizzle begins. We hurried along the way, both admiring the work and looking up the sky hoping that the rain doesn’t come all that soon.

Fearing of any disrespectful actions, it was only the camera and myself. Not wanting to intrude anyone’s privacy or unncessary attentions, I did not bring along my bulky gears and tripods. Getting up close to look at the artistic sculptures made you appreciate the attention to details and the sweat sacrificed with it.

It’s just beautiful. Using various techniques, I manage to get myself sturdy and made a few consecutive shots. “Admiring the Temple of Reclining Budhha” image revealed the details and artwork of the sculptures.
