I wouldn’t have imagined that the walk from the start of the wooden pathway to the end of it reaching the last villa would be such a long walk. While it’s painfully exhausting for guests to walk to and fro, I occassionally find it romantic to take the walk with my wife or traquil walk alone. At night time, the sky is filled with stars glittering with music in the background, as though telling you that the night is still young.

The design of its overwater bungalows are mostly in the shape of a leave, resembling palm trees. If I had a drone back then, this would make for an absolutely stunning image. I went around the island to find a good composition for a clean shot of the villas forming a beautiful alignment towards the sea.

This quarantine station was used for cholera cases that was detected among the immigrants in 1901 and much later, it was also used to quarantine victims of other diseases.

Photo 1 of 2 – So here’s the thing. I’m getting prepared for my upcoming trip and we had lots of things to plan for. My mind can’t settle down from the excitement and I just want to get there as soon as I can. Running through the photos from my previous photo walk certainly didn’t help, and the traveling mood just keep swelling up. And then I found it. I found 2 photos from that walk, that best represent the mood I’m in, and gave that traveling feel an extra touch to it.
